The general manager and staff went above and beyond to help us. We also noticed this manager getting stuck in as it were all over the hotel and helping in every area, he deserves commending for his helpful attitude. Manchester is not the city I remember and we were struggling for parking or assistance when the manager offered us his space. Also seeing the distress on my families faces due to the city and its inhabitants, the staff were quick to give my children various forms of entertainment. I would say that in a city that has rapidly declined into chaos, the Novotel and its staff were a comforting relief and break from the stress we felt.

Very convenient central location. We asked for two room keys which they kindly provided without an issue. The staff were very friendly, polite, well dressed and well groomed. Nice mixture of male and female staff. Not sure if it's staffed 24/7, but there always seemed to be 2 staff working when we entered or exited. Beds for the kids were already set up, room was very clean and modern, excellent condition. Nice beds as well. We all slept soundly, couldn't believe we slept in so late, luckily their is a very generous check out time. Quick keycard drop off/checkout was nice.

Arrived before check-in which was not ideal for hotel, but due to flight ect they went out of their way to give our room priority to get ready for us. Rooms a bit small (being picky) as a family of 4 but we weren't there spend our day in the room. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels and beds changed. Staff are excellent and should commended as they are the face of Novotel!! Food is fantastic, breakfast is superb 👌 if you find a fault..... that's on you!!!!! Brilliant location for trams or buses. Loved our time staying here!!

Booked this for 2 of my colleagues to stay at, when on a course in Manchester. Both really enjoyed their stay and said that the hotel was absolutely lovely. Also, the correspondence with the hotel has been a DREAM - from an admin point of view. They got back to me so quickly with every one of my queries and were very happy to help. If any of my colleagues need a hotel in Manchester, again, then this is the one I will be booking!

The room was nice, we just had quite firm beds and the additional beds where a bit uncomfortable, the shower drain was very slow. Over all the room was a nice size and there was great storage nice size family room. The breakfast was great and my children ate food well.
